We are concerned about the large amount of wood waste, and we are committed to utilizing this wood waste to make more useful items.
Technology and Capacity
Technology and Capacity
The main technologies used in wood pellet production include a crusher to reduce the size of the raw material, a dryer to reduce the moisture content to <10%, and a pellet mill that uses mechanical pressure to compress the sawdust into cylindrical pellets. Automation is also used to improve efficiency and quality control throughout the process.
Our production capacity reaches 7-10 tons/day.

Our wood pellets was laboratory testing by PT SUCOFINDO inspection for parameters such as moisture content, ash content, volatile matter, calorific value, and density. Additionally, mechanical testing, such as wear resistance testing (using a vibrating sieve) and simple combustion testing, is conducted to ensure product durability and efficiency.
